The successful expansion of Schönegger Käserebellen required a complex interplay in terms of building, climate and hygiene technology as well as logistics. Glasbord® panels were already used in the construction of the first building phase. The focus of the planning and realization was on the cheese with its high quality requirements and production processes. Because this is the only way to produce superior quality economically and to guarantee the customer consistent enjoyment. For this reason and due to many years of experience, glass shelf® panels from Hydewa were also used for the expansion of the ripening warehouse. These have proven themselves since the start of production, from processing to cleaning.
