McDonald's Austria
Engineer Leopold Rathauscher has been head of the construction department at McDonald’s in Austria for three years. In order to meet ever-increasing hygiene requirements, McDonald's construction department approached architects and planners years ago with the aim of researching a real alternative to conventional tiles. In order to develop the best possible solutions to problems with the constant ambition, we looked for a material with which, in addition to new buildings, renovations in the useful kitchen area could be carried out over a large area and in a visually appealing manner.

Hydewa (UK) Ltd. has supplied the Glasbord® system to McDonalds in Leigh, Lancashire for the restaurant's kitchen areas. The product was preferred over all others and was tested by the staff for a long time!
