Adventure Catering Wien

Exclusive, with exquisite arrangements for up to 3,000 people and always new compositions: Adventure Catering is the name of the successful company that chef Oliver Scheiblauer founded in 1999 together with Alexander and Stefan Eichinger. The heart of the creative culinary company: Since August 2006, cooking has been done for the catering company in a newly occupied, 400 square meter kitchen (including storage and cold storage) in Vienna-Floridsdorf.

The task:

For the new kitchen, the Adventure Catering team did not compromise on the highest level of quality in terms of hygiene. Chef Oliver Scheiblauer attached particular importance to two things when it came to the building hygiene of his new empire: the wall covering used should not only be hygienically perfect, but also easy and effective to clean.

The hygienically optimal solution: Glasbord® from Hydewa

Approximately 500 square meters of Glasbord® wall paneling was installed in Adventure Catering's large kitchen. The panels were glued directly to the plastered and plastered walls. An extremely economical and quickly implemented form of direct assembly that offers many advantages, especially in the renovation sector.
